DESENTAN ACN
Acrylic polymer
GENERAL FEATURES
– DESENTAN ACN is an NPEO / APEO free acrylic resin sodium salt used for retanning and filling of chrome and chrome vegetable tanned upper leather.
– DESENTAN ACN is an acrylic polymer which prevents grain looseness, leads to a firm grain, has a selective filling and medium soft effect.
– DESENTAN ACN shows extremely good filling performance when it is used above pH 4.2-4.5. If used at pH> 5 the resulting leather is soft and suitable for dry milled shoe upper leathers.
– DESENTAN ACN is diluted with water at 40-60°C before the addition to the drum.

Synthetic tannin based on dicyandiamide
GENERAL FEATURES
– DESENTAN RS 7 can be used easily on all types of leather.
– DESENTAN RS 7 gives a homogeneous fullness and firmness to the hollow parts and skirts of the leather thanks to its excellent selective filling feature.
– DESENTAN RS 7 can be used alone or together with vegetable tannins in the retanning of chromed leathers to increase firmness and sandability.
– The skins retanned with DESENTAN RS 7 are firm and full.
– The use of DESENTAN RS 7 has no negative effect on waterproof leather production.

DETAPOWER 100
Naphthalene Sulfonate Based Synthetic Tannin
GENERAL FEATURES
– DETAPOWER 100, a naphthalene-based synthetic tannin with very high lightfastness, provides better penetration of paint and creates a balanced color distribution.
– When DETAPOWER 100 is used in the same bath with chrome, it helps to distribute the chrome homogeneously and results in a softer and vein-free leather.
– If DETAPOWER 100 is used together with natural tannins, it prevents glass cracking and shrinkage in the leather. Results in smooth grained, soft leather.
– If DETAPOWER 100 is used before or after neutralization, it results in tight and flexible leathers by preventing swelling.
– DETAPOWER 100 helps paint penetration.
DESENTAN OGS
Synthetic tannin based on phenolic resin
GENERAL FEATURES
– DESENTAN OGS is especially helpful for the production of leather for shoes and bags with a nice texture.
– The leathers subjected to retanning process with DESENTAN OGSgains a very good and flat skin.
– The lightfastness of DESENTAN OGS is very high.
– When DESENTAN OGS is used together with herbal tannins, it helps the distribution of herbal tannins in the bath and has a positive effect on their consumption and distribution by the leather, thus preventing shrinkage and cracks.
– DESENTAN OGS is used at 3-6% for retanning of shoe leather and at 3-5% for glazed leather.

– DESENTAN RK is a filler used in the retanning of chromed leathers. It can be used easily on all types of leather.
– DESENTAN RK gives perfect fullness to the gaps especially in the skirt parts of the leathers.
– Leathers retanned with DESENTAN RK are firm and full.

GENERAL FEATURES
– DETCAL DK helps deliming, releasing of hair roots and eases the removal of epidermis remaining. Afterwards the leather can be level dyed.
– DETCAL DK not only neutralizes the lime which is linked to the leather but also it removes the lime which is linked chemically to the leather protein.

GENERAL FEATURES
– DETCAL KR, effects keratin and helps prevent smell,pigments and hair roots.
– DETCAL KR,helps penetration of lime and sodium sulphide prevents over swelling of the leather at liming stage Thus helps to prevent veins formation.
– DETCAL KR, increases the area yield.Supports the penetration of the chemicals and helps to open the fibre structure.
– DETCAL KR, is a reductive agent,the sulfide content is used at liming stage will be decreased by using this product.helps to decrease sulphide content at waste water treatment.
– DETCAL KR, can be used between % 0,8 – 2,0 depending on the leather conditions.

DETENZIM 1000
Pancreatic bating enzyme
GENERAL FEATURES
– DETENZIM 1000 can be used in the bating process of all types of leather.
– DETENZIM 1000 ensures that the amorphous proteins and hair follicles in the structure of the leather are broken down to the desired degree and removed from the leather.
– DETENZIM 1000 assists in the deliming process.
– DETENZIM 1000 shows the best results in the pH range of 8.0-8.5 and the temperature in the range of 35-38°C.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
DETENZIM 1000 is usually added to the deliming bath.
DETENZİM 1000 is used between 0.5-1.2% according to the leather type.

GENERAL PROPERTIES
– RINOLEN SF which is used for removal of the dirts at soaking stage, a good washing agent for different processes especially for degreasing –washing, can be used for all leather types.
– RINOLEN SF is stable to water hardness and electrolytes.When used at picle stage helps distribution of natural fat and increase the tear resistance.
– RINOLEN SF may also be used for washing of wet-blue ; rehydrating the crust.
