Using global technology standards, Deteks manufactures high-quality finished and semi-finished products and emulsifiers specifically for its customers, which are used in many fields such as leather, textile, paper, petrochemistry, automotive, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
Deteks, established in a 5000 m² outdoor and 1000 m² indoor storage area within a 9,600 m² factory area in Tuzla, Istanbul Leather Organized Industrial Zone, our facility produces for both domestic and international chemical industry with its expert staff.
The installed capacity of the production facility equipped with advanced technologies exceeds 50 thousand tons per year.
Production activities are carried out in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations. In the production facility, besides the products of Deteks’s own brands, private label products belonging to many national and international companies are also produced.

QUALITY CONTROL and R&D
Deteks hosts an advanced quality control laboratory in order to provide the best service to its customers, to offer the necessary quality and performance level during the life of the product, and to have a reasonable price/performance ratio.
With this laboratory, the quality level can be kept under control at every stage of the process, from the entry of raw materials and semi-finished products all the way to the packaging of the product.
In addition to these analyzing methods, we continually produce solutions suited to the needs of the sector with efforts to create new analysis methods.
The philosophy of the R&D and innovation system in which the products and raw materials of the future are researched at Deteks is that everyone working in the company can also be an R&D, P&D and/or innovation personnel.
This system, which is supported financially and morally by the management, achieves success by way of the cooperation of teams selected for certain subjects among the employees who carry out their daily work without interruption.
To expand our product range and create new products in line with customer requests, we primarily conduct small-scale trials within our R&D laboratory.
After a positive laboratory test, we make sure of the feasibility of the product by conducting pilot-scale trials, and then we take the necessary steps towards commercialization.
In our R&D laboratory, we continually work on quality products to be used in processes such as polymerization and especially esterification reactions.

Deteks provides the storage of raw materials and finished products with its modern shelf and storage systems, expert staff and modern storage vehicles in its 5000 m² outdoor and 1000 m² indoor storage section within a 9,600 m² factory area in Istanbul Tuzla Organized Leather Industry Zone and meets the demands of its customers. It delivers on time and correctly, through companies that comply with national and international transportation criteria.
