Deinking Chemicals

Chemicals for removing ink and bleaching pulp in wastepaper production.

Thanks to our chemicals that can be applied from the pulper, we not only reduce the number of chemicals used in the deinking process, but also improve the pulp quality.

Especially in final product whiteness, 2-3 points ISO Whiteness increase is foreseen compared to traditional methods.

Pitch Control Chemicals

Chemicals that prevent the pitches formed by resin acids and fatty acids found in the natural structure of cellulose from depositing in the system, pipes, and tanks.

It includes our special chemical programs according to the pitch content of the cellulose used and the paper production process.

Adhesion Control Chemicals

Chemicals belonging to programs that prevent the accumulation of hydrophobic chemicals such as hot melts and adhesives, which can be found in the raw material used in wastepaper production, especially on the sieve and felt.

Our special chemicals help remove the adhesives from the mechanical separation units while keeping the sieve and felt clean.

Dry Endurance Chemicals

Group chemicals that include our non-starch-based special products that enablethe desired dry strength values in all qualities in tissue production, whether waste or cellulose.

Wet Endurance Chemicals

In addition to traditional EPA technology, these are our special chemicals that provide the desired wet endurance values for tissue with a long shelf life and high concentration.

Anti-Foaming Agents

Special products based on ester, oil, silicone and water, which can control all foams that may occur in the paper process.

Microbiological Control Chemicals

Chemicals that prevent the formation of slime and deposits by controlling the microbiological load required for the efficient operation of the paper machine in the papermaking process.

In addition to traditional biocides, it also includes our special products that bacteria cannot adapt to over time.

It also reduces the burden of the treatment plant by reducing the demand for chemical and biological oxygen (COD & BOD).

Softeners
