We are looking for a team member who will work as a “Textile Chemicals Sales and Marketing Responsible” in our leading company, which has been operating for over 55 years in Istanbul Tuzla Leather Organized Industrial Zone, producing various chemicals mainly for the leather and textile industry, and has the following qualifications:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from the Textile Engineering department of universities,
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, Experienced in sales of performance chemicals for textile companies is preferred,
  • Team player, successful in social relationships, disciplined, meticulous and principled in careful work,
  • Closely following the economic and social world, able to track market trends,
  • Problem solving skills developed,
  • No domestic and international travel restrictions,
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level,
  • Able to use MS Office programs,
  • Has a driver’s license and is able to drive actively,
  • Completed military service for male candidates

**Our priority in our preferences is for our team member to reside in or be able to work in the central districts of Tekirdağ, Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Ergene and Silivri.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifying potential customers by conducting market research,
  • Making routine customer visits, recording and reporting planned and realized visits, offers and sales expectations regularly in the CRM system,
  • Coordinating with relevant units to provide information to customers in line with technical requirements and customer demands, preparing presentations and result-oriented offers,
  • Providing post-sales customer support and following up payment and collection processes,
  • Reporting to management by correctly evaluating developments in the market.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduates from related departments (Chemistry or Chemical engineering)  of universities
  • At least 5 years of sales & marketing experience in industrial chemicals
  • Able to work indivudally and within groups
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills that can influence different target groups inside and outside the company
  • Having high representation and marketing skills, analytical thinker and decision maker
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, advanced planning and coordination skills
  • Successful in human relations, dynamic, presentable
  • Advanced Ms Office skills
  • Fluent in English at C1 level
  • Active driver (class B driver’s license) and no travel restrictions
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)

 
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing existing / establishing new marketing strategies related with Deteks’ brands and products
  • Preparation of marketing and communication plans that include all activities that will provide guidance in order to reach the sales target.
  • Responsible from preparing budget related with Industrial chemicals department

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from a Universty
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the textile chemical industry
  • Have a driver’s license and driving experience
  • Fluent in English at B1 level
  • No barriers to travel in/out of country
  • Analytical thinker, innovative, researcher, dynamic
  • Ability to work carefully and result-oriented in business follow-up
  • Attention to detail, strong follow-up and reporting skills
  • Successful in human relations and high persuasion skills
  • Residing in Tekirdag/Corlu

 
JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates with the general qualifications defined above are expected to perform the following duties.

  • Establishing sales strategies for the company’s brands and products and developing existing marketing strategies
  • Following new trends in the sector, contributing to the addition of new products to the product range
  • Planning visits and creating sales opportunities with customers in his/her portfolio
  • Gaining new customers and establishing relations with these companies.
  • Conducting weekly customer visits or meetings, reporting them
  • Preparing a business plan that includes monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets and regularly reviewing compliance with this business plan with the relevant manager.
  • Preparing the offer by positioning the appropriate product/service for customers with sales opportunity. Following the customer after the prepared offer and taking all necessary actions until the offer is finalized.
  • Evaluation of potential customers and business opportunities by communicating with suppliers/distributors/manufacturers
  • Development of new markets
